All sales are final.
Each order is custom-printed and made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is an error on our part (such as the wrong color, style, or item sent).
If you receive an incorrect or defective item, please contact us at creator@geekgeniuscollective.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can make it right quickly.
Order Cancellations
Order processing begins immediately after purchase. For this reason, cancellation requests must be submitted within 1–2 hours of placing an order and are not guaranteed.
If a cancellation request is approved, a processing and handling fee will be deducted to cover non-refundable payment processing charges, materials, and administrative costs incurred at the time of purchase. Any approved refund will be issued to the original method of payment.
Once an order has entered production, packing, or shipment, it can no longer be canceled.
We do not accept returns for:
Incorrect sizes ordered
Items damaged due to misuse or mishandling
Normal wear and tear
Unused items or surplus quantities resulting from ordering errors or miscalculations
Any refunds or replacements that are approved under the above exceptions are processed to the original payment method once the issue is verified.
Cancellation requests are evaluated based on order status and timing only, not delivery expectations or requested arrival dates.
