All sales are final.
Because each order is custom-printed and made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is an error on our part (such as the wrong color, style, or item sent).

If you receive an incorrect or defective item, please contact us at creator@geekgeniuscollective.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can make it right quickly.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Incorrect sizes ordered

• Items damaged due to misuse or mishandling

• Normal wear and tear

All approved replacements or refunds are processed to the original payment method once the issue is verified.
