Processing Time
All orders begin processing as soon as payment is confirmed. Orders placed after 2:00 PM CST will begin processing the next business day. Standard processing time is 2-3business days.

Shipping Methods
We currently offer:

  • Standard Shipping

  • 2nd Day Air (available most of the year)

Holiday Notice: During nationally recognized holidays, including Thanksgiving, Christmas, and other peak lighting season periods, 2nd Day Air may be temporarily unavailable. Standard Shipping will remain available, so please plan ahead for holiday deliveries.

Expedited Shipping Fees
Expedited shipping (2nd Day Air) is available at an additional cost, calculated at checkout.

Shipping Origin & Service Areas
All orders ship from San Antonio, TX, and we currently ship within the United States only.

Address Accuracy
Orders are shipped to the shipping address provided, please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Customers are responsible for entering their address correctly. Packages sent to an incorrect address due to customer input (typos, old addresses, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer. We cannot guarantee corrections after an order is placed. While we do our best to catch oversights, occasional mistakes such as using the wrong address on the shipping label may occur, we will always do our best to help recover packages, but we cannot guarantee recovery for orders shipped to the wrong address.

Holidays & Carrier Limitations
We can only ship using services carriers allow. On major holidays or during peak shipping seasons, some shipping options may be unavailable or delayed. Please plan accordingly.

Lost or Misdelivered Packages
If a package is lost or misdelivered due to a carrier error, we will work with the carrier to recover it. If a package cannot be recovered, we may issue a replacement at our discretion. Please note customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. Orders sent to the wrong address due to customer error (typos, outdated info, etc.) may not be recoverable, and additional shipping charges may apply for replacements.
